We re looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our clients expanding business for a specialist manufacturer in South Wales.

The Opportunity As Production Manager, you ll be responsible for leading the day to day operations, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with our Sales, Operations and Leadership teams, you ll oversee production planning, team development, quality assurance and process improvement, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
