Senior Quantity Surveyor in Norwich

Responsibilities

Managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

Overseeing contracts under NEC Option A and B frameworks on a major energy scheme.

Preparing and delivering accurate cost forecasts, valuations, and financial reports.

Supporting project teams in procurement, risk management, and providing contractual advice.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Ensuring all work is conducted to the highest standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

Strong working knowledge of NEC Option A and/or B contracts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related commercial software.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team, while managing independent responsibilities.
