Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Broker role based in Swansea.

The Mortgage Broker will advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products, assessing their financial circumstances, goals, and risk profile.

Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client information, sourcing products from a wide range of lenders, preparing and submitting applications, and managing cases through to completion.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing clear updates, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

The Mortgage Broker will contribute to business growth by following up leads, building a professional network, and delivering high-quality, ethical advice and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial advisory skills, including assessing affordability, interpreting lending criteria, and recommending suitable mortgage and protection products.
  • Proficiency in case management, from initial client fact-finding through application submission, documentation, and completion.
