Project Overview
You will be working on a major regeneration scheme focused on restoring historic infrastructure while incorporating modern architecture and urban design. The project will involve:
- Demolition of existing structures
- Construction of in-situ reinforced concrete frames
- Restoration and refurbishment of listed and historic features
- Highway and roadworks
- Service diversions and upgrades
- Public realm enhancements
- Architectural, mechanical, and electrical works for both external and internal fit-outs

Responsibilities
In the role of Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Site Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of critical project phases leading to timely completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and managing the on-site project team.
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Assisting with design implementation and ensuring work adheres to the engineered specifications.
- Developing, monitoring, and managing construction methodologies and short-term project timelines.
- Ensuring site operations are efficient, organised, and aligned with overall project goals.
- Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality assurance, and industry compliance.
- Acting as a key point of communication between the site team and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring the project is delivered on-time and to budget.
Qualifications
