We are looking for an experienced General Foreman in the Highlands delivering critical energy infrastructure projects across the region.

The role:

As General Foreman, you will be the driving force on site. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of works, making sure everything runs safely, on programme, and to the right quality standard.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, gangs, and direct labour on site
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with the project Health and Safety requirements

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Ganger within civil engineering
  • A background working on energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements on civil engineering sites
