An established and rapidly expanding services business is recruiting for an internal recruiter to support with their ongoing growth. Operating at scale and delivering a high volume of work daily, this role plays a key part in building, sustaining, and future-proofing that talent pipeline, ensuring recruitment activity keeps pace with demand.
This position is suited to an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple pipelines, engaging with field-based professionals, and delivering a consistently high standard of candidate experience.
Responsibilities- Proactively source assessors and subcontractors through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
- Promote opportunities using approved recruitment marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned to regional and service line demand.
- Identify recruitment challenges in hard-to-fill areas and support mitigation plans.
- Build links with accreditation bodies, subcontractor groups, and relevant communities.
- Review applications, CVs, qualifications, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct initial video interviews and structured screening assessments.
- Ensure all candidates meet regulatory, health & safety, and operational standards.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of working with the organisation.
- Build credibility and trust through professional, consistent communication.
- Maximise conversion rates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Handover successful candidates to onboarding and training teams.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, and Resourcing stakeholders.
- Produce regular pipeline and performance reports.
- Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
