A leading Private Client & Charity group with a strong presence in the Northwest is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Director or Partner to establish and lead its private client offering in the Yorkshire market. This team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law and works with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and landed estates on complex private client matters.
About the Role:
As part of an expanding team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow the private client practice in Leeds. The firm has been building strong momentum in the region since launching in 2022 and is committed to offering a full-service legal practice, including Pensions, Employment, Corporate, and Family Law .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Private Client practice in the Yorkshire market.
- Advise on complex private client matters, including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains Tax, and estate planning .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s presence in the region.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
