Position Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Bond Street, Bath

Pay: £25,000-£26,500 per year

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking to fill a Full Time Store ASM position within our store. The successful applicant must be experienced in fashion and retail management. You will present with a wealth of passion, energy, drive, and experience in the fashion industry.

In your new role you will be the face of the brand converting lookers into buyers and maximising the sales results, while managing day to day operations and visual merchandising standards. Above all your job is to build customer relationships and ensure they choose you!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Energetic and positive leader
  2. A proven retail background – men’s fashion preferred (1 year minimum)
  3. Proven sales skill
  4. Departmental store experience highly regarded but not essential
  5. Working to KPIs and Targets
  6. Excellent communication and time management skills
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & think on your feet
  8. Visual Merchandising experience and a keen eye for detail
