Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot automation systems, including fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional support services, including site visits when required.
- Participate in an on-call rota (initially one week in four) for remote troubleshooting and onsite support.
- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements.
- Support the design of electrical systems, including schematics and technical drawings.
- Collaborate on installation, commissioning, startup, shutdown, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Research and source components for system assembly.
- Help manage and mentor apprentices, fostering their growth within the company.
- Contribute to the development of engineering policies, standards, and procedures to maintain industry leadership.

- 18th Edition certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automation, controls, or related fields.
- Salary: £42,000 – £47,000, with additional earning potential through on-call rates and overtime.
- Leave: 25 days annual leave plus national/bank holidays.
- Pension: 3% employer contribution.
