My client are looking for a reliable and hardworking Waste Disposal Driver to join our team. The role involves collecting and disposing of offensive waste from various sites, supporting the washroom services team when needed, and ensuring that all waste is handled safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role requiring good physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. 2 days per week (Flexible working days and hours (additional days may be required) £13ph Key Responsibilities: * Collect bags of offensive waste from designated sites and dispose of them in the correct manner. * Operate company vehicles safely and in line with driving regulations. * Undertake manual handling, including lifting and moving heavy bags and containers. * Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures. * Maintain accurate records of collections and disposals. * Support the washroom service team as required, assisting with daily service runs or site jobs. * Communicate effectively with team members and site staff. * Ensure a professional and respectful approach at all times. Requirements: * Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). * Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting on a daily basis. * Comfortable handling and disposing of offensive waste (strong stomach and not easily offended!). * Reliable, punctual, and flexible — able to work additional days when needed. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards. * Previous experience in waste management or service driving is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
