Our Client based in Kirkby in Ashfield is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their friendly team. This is a hybrid role combining both warehouse and office duties, offering a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and be able to manage logistics processes effectively. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Salary: £12.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Processing returns for the client’s telecoms customers, logging details accurately on a warehouse computer system. * Arranging the return of products using the clients stock management system. * Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all logistics activities and update internal stock reports regularly. * Help offload vehicles, and process unused or decommissioned equipment from site. Heavy lifting involved. * Offer administrative assistance within the team to ensure smooth operations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and providing support. * Ensure the accuracy of engineer return forms by checking forms against actual stock received and reporting any discrepancies back to the customer. Qualifications: * Previous experience in logistics or warehouse administration. * Familiarity with stock management or inventory processes is essential. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both customers and the team. * Forklift experience is preferred; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates. * Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and meet deadlines. * Strong IT skills and proficiency in administrative tasks.
