Our public sector client are looking for a Scheduling Support colleague to join them on a temporary basis. Location – LE2 Pay Rate – £13.53ph About the Role As a Scheduling Support colleague, you’ll play a vital role in delivering efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations. You’ll coordinate and manage work schedules, create operational work orders, and support the delivery plan to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with the clients’ processes and standards. Key Accountabilities * Create and manage operational work orders and related administrative tasks to build and maintain the delivery plan. * Support the overall prioritisation of work, coordinating with other business areas to maintain a clear view of short- and long-term activity. * Deliver accurate, high-quality scheduling and administrative support within agreed processes and timescales. * Maintain accurate data and records, ensuring data assurance and right-first-time completion. * Assist in training new colleagues to ensure consistency and compliance with standard procedures. * Contribute to measuring team and individual performance to identify and close performance gaps. * Provide brilliant customer service, building strong relationships across teams. * Actively promote continuous improvement, Health & Safety standards, and Cadent Values — working with courage, care, and commitment. What We’re Looking For * Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. * Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. * Great communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. * A proactive, customer-focused attitude and drive for improvement. * Ability to analyse and interpret data to support scheduling decisions
