Prestigious security company based in Loughborough are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.
Working as part of the friendly and vibrant team, you will be required to process new orders, from adding them to the company computer system, ordering parts to co-ordinating deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Processing of new orders
- Purchasing of products
- Co-ordinating of deliveries
- Meeting deadlines
- Deal with any problems
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Understanding of company ordering systems
- Purchasing experience
- Friendly, approachable and \βcan do\β attitude
- Team player
- Great attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
Hours of work: 8:30am β 17:00pm, working Monday to Friday
