Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a busy temp desk supplying staff to a wide range of clients. This is a full 360° role requiring a mix of sales, service, and candidate management. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow an existing temp desk or develop new business opportunities * Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles * Build strong relationships with clients through site visits, check-ins, and excellent customer service * Fill bookings quickly and efficiently, often at short notice * Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms * Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and other legal/industry standards * Maintain accurate records using CRM and timesheet systems Requirements: * Previous experience in recruitment or high-volume temporary staffing (essential) * Strong understanding of the industrial/logistics/warehouse sector * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment * IT proficient (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, job boards) * Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised * Full UK driving licence (required for client visits and on-site support) What We Offer: * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure * Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives and bonuses * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive and experienced leadership team * Progression opportunities within the branch and wider business
