Reach Forklift Driver

Reach FLT Role

As a Reach FLT driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a high‑level reach truck within a large, fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The position involves:

• Working at heights up to 13 metres using a high‑reach FLT
• No camera systems – full confidence and previous experience at height is essential
• Handling pallets, replenishing stock, and retrieving products from racking at varying levels
• Loading and unloading goods, moving stock across departments
• Following strict health & safety guidelines at all times
• Working independently but also coordinating with warehouse teams and supervisors
• Maintaining equipment checks and reporting any faults immediately

Requirements

• Valid externally accredited reach truck licence (RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR, NPORS etc
• proven previous experience operating a reach FLT in a warehouse or logistics setting
• confident working at extreme heights (up to 13m) without camera assistance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Good understanding of health & safety, racking systems and safe load‑handling
• reliable, punctual and maintain high accuracy

Shifts Available

Monday to Friday (afternoons): ‑14:00‑22:00
