JT Recruit are currently looking for a Payroll Project Support Officer on behalf of our client in Nottingham to assist with the implementation of a new SAP SuccessFactors payroll system. This role will support key project activities such as testing, system rollout, and training, while also helping to maintain effective payroll service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the payroll workstream in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runs
  • Help develop training materials and provide guidance to payroll staff
  • Support Senior Practitioners and the Payroll Manager in overseeing payroll services
  • Provide first-line support and guidance to Payroll Assistants
  • Contribute to change management and system rollout activities
  • Assist in creating and updating policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teams across HR, ICT, Finance, and shared services

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide payroll expertise to support system implementation and business requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective system use
