Pre-Pack Line Supervisor Job Title: Supervisor Working hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, overtime available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Wages: £14.75 per hour up to 40 hours, overtime available Key responsibilities: Daily start up and Glass & Plastic sheets done correctly & on time on AFP Ensuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and within legal parameters in both weight and quality Monitor/communicate/report progress, downtime & staffing to Pre-pack Team leader Report issues to Pre-pack team leader & Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or by the Factory groups Pro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders & Managers Pro-actively support continuous improvements Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping & GMP Support end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring xgikmsk staff are compliant with the planned "Clean down" Meet all GMP & H&S Targets Follow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.
