We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and caring Minibus Driver to join our team in Ollerton. In this role, you will play an essential part in transporting vulnerable adults to and from day centres, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times. A warm and supportive attitude is key to success in this position.

In addition to day centre transport, you will also support general bus routes and an on-demand service as required.

Role Details

  • Full-time 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday
  • Saturday rota: 1 in 4 (enhanced pay for Saturdays and overtime)
  • Based in Ollerton, with occasional travel to other day centres (mileage allowance provided)
  • £13.26 per hour - Overtime and Saturdays are £19.89 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers to and from day centres
  • Provide a friendly, supportive, and caring service to all passengers
  • Ensure passengers are comfortable, secure, and assisted with boarding/disembarking where needed
  • Follow all road traffic laws and company procedures
  • Support general bus routes and on-demand transport services
  • Work 37 hours per week
