Our public sector client are looking for Minibus Drivers to join them on a long-term, on-going temporary basis.
Location: Melton Mowbray, Nailstone, Blaby, Sapcote, Croft and Blaby
Hours: Split shifts – approx. 4hrs AM & 4hrs PM (ADHOC, flexible schedule)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary | Zero-Hour Contract
Pay: £12.65ph
We\’re hiring 16-seat minibus drivers on behalf of our client for long-term, flexible work supporting Leicestershire County Council services. If you enjoy working with people and want regular driving work with purpose, this could be for you.
What You\’ll Need
- Valid UK Driving Licence with valid D1 entitlement
- Enhanced DBS (we\’ll reimburse after 6 weeks of work)
- Great communication and people skills
- Willingness to work split shifts and across various locations
What You\’ll Do
- Safely transport service users and goods across the county
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and keep vehicles clean
- Help passengers on/off the vehicle and secure mobility equipment
- Report any incidents, defects, or issues promptly
- Work with council staff and maintain professional conduct
- Assist with minor repairs and occasional meal delivery support
Please note: This is ADHOC work with no guaranteed hours each week, but ongoing opportunities are available.
