My client is looking for a skilled Joiner to join their Repairs Team. You will carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance work in council homes and buildings, helping us deliver a high-quality service to our residents. You will work closely with team leaders and other trades to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out joinery repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Complete work in both occupied and empty properties
- Work across other trades when needed (multi-skilled role)
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Communicate clearly with tenants and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Keep accurate records using a PDA or device
- Maintain tools, equipment, and your work vehicle
- Support emergency/out-of-hours repairs when required
- Work with other trades to complete jobs efficiently
