Our public sector client are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis. The role involves handling enquiries through the Council’s contact centre, providing information and guidance, and processing customer requests on behalf of the Council and its partners.
Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break), Office based
Key Requirements:
- Recent customer service experience, preferably in a telephone or contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to deal with customers professionally, tactfully, and empathetically
- Strong customer care and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good IT and keyboard skills
- Accurate and consistent approach to work
