Local Council are looking for a Licensing Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. Working and supporting the Licensing Team and Manager you will be required to deal with applications for various licences, including Private Hire Vehicles, Hackney Carriages and Driving licences. As part of the role, you will analyse and check all documents for validity and accuracy. Providing excellent customer service and dealing with applicants over the phone and by email.
Therefore, you should have excellent customer service and administration skills together with excellent telephone manner and good IT skills.
