My client is recruiting for a Technical Fleet Administrator to support the Fleet team at Croft. This role is split between general fleet administration/customer coordination and technical reporting/compliance activities.
Pay rate: Β£14.83
Location: Croft
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with internal customers and support day-to-day fleet operations.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
- Produce maintenance schedules and compliance reports.
- Review maintenance information, identify issues and escalate findings to management.
- Analyse fleet data using Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
Essential
- Fleet, transport or logistics administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- Good organisational and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyse information and produce reports.
Desirable
- Mechanical or vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Experience with fleet compliance reporting.
