Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its Commercial Property team on an interim basis. This role manages a diverse portfolio of investment assets, delivering asset management initiatives that maximise income, enhance value and support the Council’s strategic objectives.
The post holder will work in a hybrid pattern, with on-site presence required 2 days per week (including Wednesdays), and will lead negotiations, financial appraisals and external advisory.
