We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pallet Bay Operative to join my clients team. Full time role working 08.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday £12.60ph. This role is a vital part of their operations, encompassing both the efficient movement of goods and the construction of high-quality pallets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pallet Construction:
- Constructing new pallets and repairing existing ones to meet specific specifications.
- Proficiently using power tools such as nail guns and saws to assemble pallets accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring all pallets are built to a high standard of quality and safety.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintaining accurate records of pallet movements and stock levels.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in pallet construction and repair an advantage.
- Proficiency in using power tools, including nail guns and saws.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
