Chemical Delivery Driver (Class 2 / ADR) Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Travel: UK-wide deliveries Pay Rate:£20ph Holiday Cover Our client is looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver with ADR certification to join their team based in Coalville. The role involves delivering hazardous chemicals to customer sites across the UK, either via palletised deliveries or pumping from IBC containers into customer storage tanks. Safety, compliance and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities * Safely deliver hazardous chemical products to customer locations across the UK. * Complete deliveries via pallet drop-offs or pumping from IBC containers into storage tanks. * Ensure full compliance with ADR regulations, company procedures and health & safety standards. * Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects. * Check load manifests and delivery documentation before departure. * Ensure loads are correctly secured and transported safely. * Manage driving time in line with tachograph and drivers’ hours regulations. * Carry out IBC inspections and follow COSHH and spill response procedures. * Maintain clear communication with the planning and operations teams. Requirements * Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence * ADR licence for hazardous goods * Digital tachograph card and Driver CPC * Strong understanding of safe handling of hazardous chemicals * High level of driving competence and professionalism * Good communication and organisational skills * Physically fit and able to work under pressure when required * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
