We are currently recruiting for reliable, professional Van Drivers (Category B) to join our client's fast-paced distribution team based at their state-of-the-art site in Branston, Burton-upon-Trent. Our client is a world-class leader in the manufacturing and distribution of premium industrial trade products and climbing equipment. This is a brilliant opportunity to work out of a clean, modern facility with an organized transport office, excellent on-site facilities, and a modern, well-maintained fleet of commercial delivery vans. Immediate starts are available for drivers looking for steady weekday shifts or premium weekend work.

Pay Rates

  • Monday to Friday (Days, 06:00 – 18:00): £13.50 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Nights, 18:00 – 06:00): £15.50 per hour
  • Saturday (Flat Rate): £16.50 per hour
  • Sunday (Flat Rate): £18.50 per hour

The Role

  • Completing commercial and trade distribution deliveries across the region.
  • Ensuring items are safely loaded, secured, and delivered to customers on schedule.
  • Conducting routine pre- and post-shift vehicle safety checks.
  • Providing a professional, friendly service when arriving at delivery sites and completing digital or physical proof of delivery paperwork.

What We Are Looking For

  • A valid UK driving licence (Category B) with experience driving commercial delivery vehicles.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence (for insurance purposes—no DD/DR/CD codes).
  • A reliable, hard-working attitude with good route-planning and time-management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
