Hours: 16 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (to be reviewed after 6 months) Location: Leicester, Anstey Driving Required: Yes – must be a car driver and willing to go out on service if needed About the Role My client is looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our friendly and energetic team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly — supporting the team, coordinating drivers, and ensuring that our systems and processes are followed effectively. We’ve recently implemented a new system, so we need someone who enjoys working with technology, planning ahead, and helping things run efficiently. This role would suit someone with experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or in a similar administrative or operational support position. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and support daily service operations to ensure everything runs on time. * Monitor staff and driver trackers to ensure punctuality and service quality. * Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and management to resolve issues quickly. * Complete general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, archiving, and updating records. * Assist with planning and scheduling using our new system. * Be available to go out on service when required. * Contribute positively to the team with enthusiasm, initiative, and reliability. About You * Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or in a similar support/operations role. * Confident using systems and adaptable to learning new software. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused approach. * Problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
