We’re seeking a proactive After Sales Advisor to support our client's service and warranty operations on a 12 week temporary leading to permanent basis. This role also provides occasional support to the purchasing team.
Location: Loughborough (Hybrid/Work from Home)
Hours: 2–3 days per week (Mon–Wed, 8am–4:30pm) however will be looking to move full time in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales data and databases (warranty, complaints, service contracts)
- Provide updates and support to customers on orders and service status
- Run weekly reports and maintain customer price lists
- Arrange returns, credits, and invoice processing via 1Link
- Support approved service provider training and documentation
- Assist with stock orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines
- Handle warranty parts orders, certifications, and associated documentation
- Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards
