Sales Co-Ordinator required for my well established client based in Coalville, on a full time basis. Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales, the Sales Co-Ordinator role is a varied role. The Sales Co-Ordinator will supervise a team of 2 Sales Administrators / Advisors and an Internal Sales Representative, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. In the absence of the Senior Sales Executive, the Sales Co-Ordinator will report to the Head of Sales.

The Sales Co-Ordinator will play an integral part in the co-ordination, supervision and development of a small team, whilst being responsible for upselling, identifying new sales opportunities and forging excellent internal cross-departmental relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective team supervision, ensuring all team members are focused and deliver on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring effective reporting of sales performance figures and KPIs on a weekly basis.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
  • Looking to upsell at every opportunity.
  • Ensuring respective sales SLAs are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintaining full product knowledge and imparting this knowledge to clients and team members.
  • Ensuring attendance at all relevant meetings as required.
  • Forging excellent working relationships with the Sales Executives.
  • Facilitating the execution of the Company’s Sales strategy.
  • The effective use of all internal Sales systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Overseeing the effective supervision and development of Sales Administrators / Advisors.
  • Cross-departmental engagement with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalating any concerns or queries as required.
  • Exploring new ways of fee generation and agreeing these with the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales.
  • Suggesting avenues for process improvement.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
