Repairs and maintenance team leader (housing) required for our public sector client
Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with the following:
- Must have experience in diagnosing damp and mould and remediating damp and mould issues
- Must have experience in dealing with disrepair
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle required for role
