JT Recruit are currently looking for a Payroll Project Support Officer on behalf of our client in Nottingham to assist with the implementation of a new SAP SuccessFactors payroll system. This role will support key project activities such as testing, system rollout, and training, while also helping to maintain effective payroll service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the payroll workstream in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors system
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runs
- Help develop training materials and provide guidance to payroll staff
- Support Senior Practitioners and the Payroll Manager in overseeing payroll services
- Provide first-line support and guidance to Payroll Assistants
- Contribute to change management and system rollout activities
- Assist in creating and updating policies, procedures, and documentation
- Work collaboratively with teams across HR, ICT, Finance, and shared services
Key Accountabilities
- Provide payroll expertise to support system implementation and business requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective system use
Skills and Experience
- Strong payroll experience (project experience desirable)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience supporting training and system/process rollouts
