Due to continued growth and a strong demand from our clients, we are excited to be expanding our team! We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our busy and friendly team in the Kirkby office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in recruitment.
What you'll be doing:
- Winning new clients by making cold calls to potential clients
- Sourcing candidates across a range of roles
- Managing job boards, CV databases, and social media
- Screening applicants and arranging interviews
