Minibus Driver Ollerton (Local Authority)
Location: Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis
Shift Pattern: Split shift 8:00am to 10:30am & 2:00pm to 4:30pm daily
Pay Rate: Β£13.26 per hour (Weekdays), Β£19.89 per hour (Saturdays)

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Minibus Driver to join a dedicated local authority transport team based in Ollerton. This role involves providing safe and supportive transport services for vulnerable adults attending day centres in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a minibus on scheduled routes, transporting service users to and from day centres

  • Provide a friendly and supportive environment for passengers

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with Category D1 entitlement (essential)

  • Friendly, patient, and compassionate nature

  • Ability to work independently and follow a split-shift pattern

  • Enhanced DBS check will be required (can be arranged if not current)
