Location: Bramcote, NG9.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 3:30pm (1 hour lunch break).

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour.

Enhanced DBS Required.

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at a school in Bramcote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily running of the site.
  • Carrying out compliance testing and checks.
  • Completing general maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Supervising contractors and monitoring work standards.
  • Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Acting as the main point of contact on site.
  • Resolving site-related issues efficiently and maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous site management, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage contractors effectively.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
