We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at a school in Bramcote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily running of the site.
- Carrying out compliance testing and checks.
- Completing general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Supervising contractors and monitoring work standards.
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed.
- Acting as the main point of contact on site.
- Resolving site-related issues efficiently and maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
- Previous site management, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage contractors effectively.
