Becky at JT Recruit is working in partnership with a fast-growing specialist environmental consultancy, youll be more than just the numbers person youll be a trusted partner to the business, helping them stay on track, grow sustainably, and improve the financial processes.

This is the role where you really make your mark as this is a brand-new role for the Finance department.

What youll be doing

Preparing P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflow forecasts

Supporting budgets, forecasts and cost-saving initiatives

Keeping the accounts accurate and up to date

Improving processes and controls

Processing payments

Guiding colleagues with your expertise

What makes you stand out

CIMA/AAT qualified (or equivalent)

3+ years in management/financial accounting

Detail-obsessed but able to see the bigger picture

Confident with Xero, Satago and Float

Organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure

A natural problem-solver with strong people skills
