We are looking for a counterbalance fork truck driver from the 2nd March. The role will involve 12-hour shifts, 7:00am - 7:00pm, with the possibility of earlier finishes depending on workload.
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance fork truck licence
- CCNSG (Site Safety Passport)
Location:
Newhurst ERF Off Ashby Road East Shepshed, Loughborough LE12 9BU
Duties will include:
- Operating a counterbalance fork truck within a live power station / ERF environment
- Loading and offloading delivery vehicles bringing materials, spares, and equipment to site
- Transporting plant, tools, and materials to designated areas within the facility
- Supporting ongoing maintenance and operational activities across the power station
- Assisting with positioning, storage, and segregation of materials in line with site procedures
- Manual handling and hand balling where required
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards in operational and laydown areas
- Working in strict accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Assisting site teams, contractors, and other trades as required
A site/contractors induction will also need to be completed.
Pay rate: Β£14.00 - Β£16.00 per hour
This is a temporary role, however for the right person this could lead to continued contracts. Please send your CV if you are interested.
