We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver / Operations Assistant to support a fast-moving operational environment. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining short-distance driving with practical project and warehouse-style support.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out short-distance driving duties using company vans
- Support operational and project-based work across different locations
- Load and unload vans safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries, collections, and on-site tasks
- Handle heavy lifting and physical work as required
- Work independently and use initiative to solve problems on the go
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and daily requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience driving vans is essential
- Must be over 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Full UK driving licence with a good driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
