CNC Milling Operator required for my client based in Loughborough 12 week temp to perm Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00 Friday 07:00 – 13:00 (Early finish every week) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating milling machines who takes pride in producing high-quality components and is eager to further develop their skills in setting and programming. Main Duties & Responsibilities Operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Producing components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards Carrying out in-process and final inspection using: o Micrometers o Verniers o Gauging equipment Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following company procedures for quality and safety Candidate Requirements Previous experience operating CNC milling machines Experience using Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Competent in the use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Desirable (but not essential) Experience with CNC setting Basic knowledge of CNC programming Benefits
