Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm, Saturday 7:30am–1:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We’re offering a hands-on, permanent Junior Site Manager position with a growing construction firm working on live and upcoming projects in the £1M–£2M+ range in the Coventry area.

This is the ideal role for someone who’s been supporting site operations and is now ready to manage projects more directly and build a long-term career in site management.

Your Next Step – Key Responsibilities:

• Be on site from 7:00am to ensure all operatives are ready and working by 8:00am

• Supervise subcontractors, labour teams, and day-to-day site operations

• Enforce site safety compliance and break regulations

• Maintain project records, schedules, and H&S documentation using digital tools

• Coordinate with suppliers, inspectors, and senior management

• Help ensure the project stays on time and on budget

Who This Role Suits:

• Assistant Site Managers or Site Supervisors looking for a step up

• Trainee Site Managers with strong site exposure

• Working Foremen, Lead Tradespeople, or General Foremen ready to move into management

Essential Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in site-based construction roles

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid Certification

• Hands-on experience supervising teams or subcontractors

• Good IT skills (MS Office, digital reporting, etc.)

• Solid understanding of HSE standards and UK construction regulations

• Proactive, hard-working, and career-driven
