JT Recruit is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Eastwood. This is a weekend-only position, working Saturday and Sunday, delivering fresh bakery products across your assigned route. You will be responsible for the company vehicle and maintaining excellent customer service standards while representing the client's brand.
- Saturday & Sunday work only
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Trunking work, no multidrop deliveries
- Some manual handling required (moving cages on and off trailers)
- Long-term ongoing work available
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of transport legislation and tachograph regulations
Pay Rates:
- Saturday Days: £20.32 per hour
- Saturday Nights: £23.88 per hour
- Sunday Days: £27.09 per hour
- Sunday Nights: £31.84 per hour
