JT Recruit are currently looking for reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support our valued client based on Furnace Road in Ilkeston. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing general haulage work with immediate starts available.
We have both day and night shifts on offer to suit your availability. Whether you're looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, or even just a few days a week, we'd love to hear from you.
This role involves general haulage duties, no handball, mostly trunking and trailer swaps, and working with a well-maintained modern fleet. You'll be backed by a friendly and professional transport team who understand the job and treat drivers with the respect they deserve.
Pay Rates:
- PAYE Drivers:
- Days: £16.75 per hour
- Nights: £17.75 per hour
- Days: £20.50 per hour
- Nights: £21.50 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- A minimum of 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of drivers hours and working time regulations
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious
