Caretaker / Cleaner required for our client, initially until 31.08.25.

Job duties:

  1. Supporting the team to run the day-to-day operations across my clients\’ busy business centres.
  2. Set up meeting rooms and weekly events.
  3. Work with and support the Premises Officer.
  4. Work with site cleaners to ensure high standards for our customers and tenants.
  5. Grounds Maintenance.
  6. General Maintenance across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces.

Experience required:

  1. Basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning.
  2. First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors.
  3. Painting and decorating.
  4. Knowledge of building health and safety and security.
  5. Previous experience in a similar role.

Full-time role, working 08:00 – 16:00.
