Job duties:
- Supporting the team to run the day-to-day operations across my clients\’ busy business centres.
- Set up meeting rooms and weekly events.
- Work with and support the Premises Officer.
- Work with site cleaners to ensure high standards for our customers and tenants.
- Grounds Maintenance.
- General Maintenance across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces.
Experience required:
- Basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning.
- First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors.
- Painting and decorating.
- Knowledge of building health and safety and security.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
Full-time role, working 08:00 – 16:00.
