Key Responsibilities
- Automated Analysis: Routinely set up, run, and maintain automated titrators to monitor process tank chemistry.
- Chemical Testing: Conduct precise sampling and wet chemistry analysis to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications.
- Data Management: Record, interpret, and report analytical data accurately, flagging any out-of-specification results to the production and quality teams.
- Laboratory Safety: Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping and comply with all site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and COSHH assessments.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A degree qualification in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline is essential.
- Technical Skills: Prior experience operating analytical laboratory equipment, specifically auto-titrators, is highly desirable (university project experience will be considered).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing support environment.
