We are excited to announce a new opportunity at our off-site Car Compound. We are looking for a dedicated Car Valeter to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and valet new vehicles to an exceptional standard, ensuring they are presented in pristine condition and ready for customer handover.
Carry out thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles stored at our off-site compound, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ensure all vehicles meet the company's presentation standards before delivery, particularly for fleet and business customers.
Conduct final quality checks to confirm vehicles are clean, damage-free, and fully prepared for collection or delivery.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised working environment within the compound.

Requirements:

Strong enthusiasm and excellent organizational skills.
Leadership qualities.
A willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every car looks its best.
Passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
Ability to take pride in your work and always perform to your highest level.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 60-minute lunch break)

Compensation and Benefits:

£26,436.80 per annum (21 yrs +)
Death in Service Insurance.
Discounts on repairs and new/used car purchases.
28 days of holiday, increasing to 30 days after 12 months of service (including bank holidays).
