You will be responsible for maintaining our customer’s vehicles to the highest standards.
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 08.30am – 12.30pm (Saturday on rota basis)
Salary: £34,200 + productivity-related bonus up to an OTE of £38,500, including a Technician Retention Bonus as part of the basic salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a multi-franchise dealership environment under the supervision of the After Sales Manager.
- Maintain vehicles to the highest standards, including inspections, repairs, and service checks following health & safety regulations.
- Potentially qualified MOT tester (training provided).
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ/BTEC or City & Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Repair qualification or equivalent.
- Experience as a fully qualified mechanic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to attend manufacturer training courses.
Additional Benefits:
- Salary from £32,700 + bonus up to £38,000 (overtime not included).
- Company pension, death-in-service insurance, discounted repairs, and vehicle purchase discounts.
- 28 days holiday, increasing to 36 with long service, including bank holidays.
