Reports to: After Sales Manager

Job Purpose: You will be responsible for maintaining our customer’s vehicles to the highest standards.

Schedule: Saturdays 08:30‑12:30 on rota basis.

Salary: £33,190.50 + productivity bonus up to an OTE of £38,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will work in a busy, fast‑paced workshop at a multi‑franchise dealership, maintaining customers’ vehicles to the highest standard.
  • You will carry out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations, provide accurate paperwork, and assist with manufacturer training as required.
  • You will also pursue or maintain MOT tester qualifications.

Skills and Requirements

  • NVQ/BTEC or City & Guilds Motor Vehicle Service & Repair Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), with experience as a fully qualified mechanic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Willingness to attend manufacturer training courses.
