Key Responsibilities
- As a Car Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager, taking charge of selling new and used cars along with associated products through a meticulously structured sales process from the customer's initial inquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term engagement.
Benefits & Working Hours
- Sundays: Closed – Day Off
- Required to work every Saturday, with a day off every other weekday
- Attractive Basic Salary with uncapped On Target Earnings of £45,000 per annum
- Company Vehicle (you will be responsible for your own fuel)
- Company Pension
- Commission Structure linked to target achievement for car sales and incremental earnings
- Death in Service Insurance
- 28 Days Holiday, increasing to 30 Days after 12 months, and up to 36 Days with Long Service (including bank holidays)
