Reports to: Aftersales Manager
Job Purpose: To support the Aftersales Team
Schedule: Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break), Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis (typically 1 in 4)
Salary: £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Service-Parts Advisor. We are ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor, who will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide full support to our Aftersales Department, including Service and Parts.
- Duties will include assisting customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customer requirements in a professional and courteous manner, booking vehicles into the workshop, arranging service loan vehicles, processing customer invoices, and supporting parts enquiries, orders and stock-related administration to ensure excellent customer service throughout the aftersales experience.

- You will have great attention to detail and always be willing to go that extra mile.
- You must be an excellent communicator and it is essential that you are a team player.
- You must possess a desire to learn and develop your skills.
- You will have a passion to deliver a high standard of customer service, be extremely driven.
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
