Job Purpose: To support the Aftersales Team (Service/Warranty)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break) Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis
Salary: Depending on experience up to £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Service Advisor. We are ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor, who will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer full support to our Aftersales Department.
- Deal with customers both in person and over the telephone.
- Record customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner.
- Book vehicles into our workshop.
- Arrange service loan vehicles.
- Produce customer invoices.
Skills required:
- Extremely enthusiastic, organised and confident enough to ask for help if you don’t understand.
- Great attention to detail and always willing to go that extra mile.
- Excellent communicator and essential team player.
- Desire to learn and develop your skills.
- Passion to deliver a high standard of customer service and extremely driven.
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
